On our first call we review your intake form and nutrition. We’ll also discuss your current state, struggles, goals, desired outcomes and any questions you want to ask me.
The second call we address any challenges or struggles and update your recovery plan if needed.

3 Month coaching support- $900
WHAT THIS INCLUDES
An in-depth health assessment through a discovery intake form.
A custom healing strategy with dietary and lifestyle changes that are based on your goals and bio-individual needs.
8x45 minute coaching calls (weekly for 4 weeks, followed by every other week for the remaining 8 weeks).
Each call is followed up with detailed notes and or homework from the call.
On our first call we review your intake form and nutrition. We’ll also discuss your current state, struggles, goals, desired outcomes and any questions you want to ask me.
Follow up calls to dig deep into areas of your recovery where you have major hang ups. Talk about what’s working and what’s not. Adapt the protocol if it’s not working for you.
Learn to track progress markers like BBT (basal body temperature) and cervical mucus.
3 months of virtual support (email+text) coaching and support to ensure success.
Ideal for individuals who need long-term support and accountability.
