Michele (aka Mishi) is a certified life coach specializing in holistic health and wellness. Dedicated to helping others navigate stepping into their authenticity, her guiding soul aids in empowering her community to make the best possible choices for their unique being. Driven by bio-individuality and her infinite curiosity, Mishi is fueled by her confidence to make decisions that nourish and honor her body, in turn, making the best, most authentic choices for her life.

The Rosay Way (inspired by Mishi’s maiden name, Rosencrance) is Michele’s methodology to living without fear or judgement. It encourages one to chase their curiosities and empower their decisions. It’s a platform for her to share and connect with her community and be there for anyone feeling lost or alone on their journey to a healthier life.

Journey

Growing up in a household reliant on convenience and quantity over quality, Mishi's understanding of diet and nutrition surrounded commercial foods and the conventionally structured food pyramid. Later in life, she developed a passion for health and wellness but was misguided through fad diets and toxic narratives in diet culture.

When Mishi found a diet that encouraged her to chase her curiosity down a path of bio-individuality, she was able to step into her most authentic self. Making intuitive dietary choices that energized and nourished her body while providing satiety, she could stray from previous food programming. Now, through the confidence she gained to empower the choices she makes regarding her nutrition, Mishi's able to empower the choices she makes in life, creating an environment that fills her up alongside the people in it.

Purpose

"We're conditioned to question our bodies, rather than what we do to them." Mishi believes in the power of self-healing; to question and shift how one treats the body instead of questioning the body itself. She believes in trusting oneself to know what's best for their unique lifestyle.

Mishi hopes to empower individuals through their curiosity, education, and intuition. She believes we have all the answers within us; it's about finding the confidence and trust to bring them to the surface. Through navigating one's nutrition through bio-individuality, her goal is to help others live authentically, purposefully, and passionately in all aspects of their life. Approach

Life is about making decisions, and that applies to what you eat. Creating a plan that inspires you through empowerment, instead of influencing you through insecurities, a long-term sustainable lifestyle is possible. Your food should make you happy, excited, and healthy – if that’s not your current experience, then change is needed.

The goal is to help build awareness, and with that knowledge, empower you to make Good, Better, Best choices unique to your body and lifestyle.

GOOD - It's the stepping stone of your journey. Good qualifies foods that mindfully avoid inflammatory ingredients such as sugars and grains, allowing your body to focus on healing. Moderation is key, and once these choices become easy, BETTER decisions will happen organically. 

BETTER - Making meal decisions becomes intuitive as you listen to your body. BETTER qualifies choices in which you’re able to balance your hunger hormones with essential macronutrients, fat, protein, and fiber (Carbs) from quality food sources.

BEST - You're making the best possible choices to fuel and nourish your body. BEST is the level of awareness and control to make dietary choices, eliminating foods that work against your body and replacing them with ones that work with your body. It's the point in your journey where you've strayed from conventional conditioning and empower your choices with education and intuition for your unique bio-individual and ancestral needs.
