Adrenal Mocktail- Creamsicle

This magical elixir supports hormone balance, HPA axis health and blood sugar regulation!

INGREDIENTS Makes 1-2 Servings

  • 1/3-1/2 cup freshly squeezed OJ. I used a whole medium orange (Vitamin C to nurture your adrenal glands!)

  • 1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk chilled (High fat helps stabilize blood sugar and adrenal glands, thus stabilizes stress response in the body)

  • 1 scoop collagen unflavored or vanilla (Adds protein to support blood sugar balance)

  • Dash-1/4 tsp real salt or @drinklmnt citrus! (Adrenals LOVE salt for its magnesium and potassium)

  • *Optional: 1 tsp Orange flavored Calm Magnesium (Helps reduces anxiety +stress!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prep Time: 2-3 min Cook Time: 0

Add all ingredients into a jar with ice (I used a mason jar) and shake it up. Pour over ice and enjoy!

Mishi tips:

-Alternatively you could make popsicles with this mixture by during into popsicle molds and freeze over night!

-This mock-tail is most effective having as soon as you wake to keep your blood sugar balanced and your thyroid fed!
