Mishi’s coconut oil americano

Mishi Tips:

  • Add a scoop of collagen for a protein bump.

  • If you hate the taste of coconut, sub for MCT oil.

INGREDIENTS serves 1

  • 2 shots espresso

  • 4 oz hot filtered water

  • 1 tbsp Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 30 seconds

  1. Add all ingredients into a small blender and mix for 30 seconds

  2. Pour your blend into your favorite coffee cup.

  3. Enjoy!

If you do not have a small blender, you can replicate the same froth with a handheld frother.
