Homemade Ice Cream Sandwich

Your gluten free, sugar free ice cream dreams have come true!

INGREDIENTS Makes 16 Servings

  • Your favorite brownie mix or recipe

  • Coconut whipped cream (try my recipe)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 1 hour

Make brownies according to manufactures instructions and allow them to cool for at least an hour.

Once cooled cut out brownies and cut each square in half length wise and fill with a couple tbsp of coconut whip.

Freeze for up to an hour or overnight in an air tight container.

When frozen overnight you will want to allow the sammie to thaw for at least 15 min before eating.
