Mishi’s Brain Fuel Mocha Frappe

INGREDIENTS serves 1

  • 1 cup organic coffee frozen into ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk

  • 1 scoop 100% grass fed chocolate protein powder or collagen

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp organic cacao nibs (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 30 seconds

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.

  2. Blend to your desired thickness.

  3. Enjoy!

    Mishi’s suggest:

    • Add a tbsp of fiber for a complete meal (acacia fiber, psyllium husk, chia or flax seeds)

    • You can sub MCT oil with coconut butter (YUM!)

    • You can use any milk sub such as macadamia and almond.

    • Want a chocolate bump? Add 1 tbsp of organic cacao powder

    • Make it a peppermint mocha adding a 1/2 tsp of peppermint oil or extract

    • For healing powers add in maca (hormone balancing adaptogen)
