Turmeric Latte

Jazz up your morning with this golden latte. Studies suggest the curcumin in turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

INGREDIENTS Makes 1 Serving

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

  • water (enough to fill your cup)

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1/8 tsp cardamom (optional)

  • ground pepper

  • pinch mineral salt

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 5 min

I added everything to a pot over medium heat. Warmed it up and used a handheld frother to mix/froth!

You could alternatively warm water and milk (microwave is fine) and toss everything in the blender for 30 seconds to achieve the same frothy-ness.

If it’s not sweet enough add a tsp monk fruit, raw honey or SF maple.
