If you’re looking for a friend to grab drinks with, I’m not your girl.

BUT, if you’re looking to hit a hot yoga class, socialize at the farmers market or have a DMC (deep meaningful conversation) over organic coffee I’M 100% your girl ❤️

I personally don’t drink and that’s not to shame anyone who does. You do you boo!

I view alcohol as a toxin that our body has to work hard eliminating. I don’t want my body to have to work any harder than it already does everyday.

Not drinking I find myself more present, kinder + better able to connect with people. 🤗

All that said thats not to say that alcohol can’t be part of a healthy lifestyle ❤️

After all few drinks never hurt anyone, so I created a healthy drinking guide to help support the body when you choose to drink and to make the best choice possible for you👍🏼

Take what serves you and leave what doesn’t.
