Double Chocolate Walnut Banana Muffins
These were specifically formulated to balance your blood sugar and delight your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS Makes 12 Servings
3 organic ripe bananas
¼ cup coconut flour
3 Tbsp ground flax seed
5 pasture eggs
1 tsp Baking soda
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 cup walnut pieces
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup room temperature butter
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips ( I use this brand)
Dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep Time: 5 min Cook Time: 35
Pre-heat oven to 350F and grease muffin pan with coconut oil.
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Mishi tips:
This recipe can easily be made into a banana “bread”.
I like to use quality protein powders with minimal ingredients, Be Well By Kelly in my FAVORITE!
If you only have vanilla protein, just add 2 tbsp of cacao for “double Chocolate”.
If you only have collagen, that works too! Typically they are smaller servings than protein, so add 2 scoops.
