Strawberries & Cream Smoothie Bowl
Perfect for Valentines day or anytime you need a sweet treat that doesn’t spike your blood sugar!
INGREDIENTS Makes 1-2 Servings
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/4-1/2 cup coconut cream (mix of the cream and liquid from the can)
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp flax
3-4 strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein (I use be well by Kelly)
1 tbsp frozen grass fed Liver (optimal)
Topping with a Vanilla Shortbread BulletProof bar and homemade coconut whipped cream!

Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 1
Add it all to a blender and blend until you reach your desired thickness! If your blender is having some trouble blending you may have to stop multiple times, scrap down the sides and or add a touch more liquid, I do just a tbsp at a time.
Mishi tips:
I like my smoothies thick for optimal digestion and less bloating. To achieve thick smoothies I will freeze the cauliflower, berries and liver and keep liquid minimal.
Great toppings include coconut yogurt, coconut whipped cream, simple mills graham crackers, grain free granola or additional berries.
