Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I nailed this recipe, seriously! Its quick, easy and so delish!

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS serves 3-4

  • 1 Pound Organic Brussel Sprouts

  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil

  • 1 tsp seal salt or pink salt (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp ground pepper (or to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 20

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash brussel sprouts, cut the ends off and cut in half. Bigger sprouts you may want to cut into fourths.

In a big bowl with avocado oil, salt and ground pepper. Toss sprouts to mix and evenly coat sprouts.

Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, be sure to not over crowd, as they will be steamed vs baked and crispy.

Bake for 25-30 min.

Mishi Tips:

I like to add chopped bacon

Diced sweet potatoes are another great add. Adding sweet potato I do 1 medium, chop into 1 inch cubes, add an additional tbs of oil and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
