I make this soup weekly using my oven roasted chicken and homemade bone both.

Mishi’s chicken no-noodle soup

INGREDIENTS serves 2

  • 8 0z Shredded Organic Pasture Raised Chicken

  • 2-3 Cups Pasture Raised Bone Broth

  • 2 Handfuls of Organic Dino Kale or Spinach

  • 1 Cup Sliced organic mushrooms

  • Himalayan Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 2 Soft boiled Pasture Raised Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 10 min

  1. Add all ingredients into a small pot over medium high heat (except the egg) and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 min.

  3. While soup simmers bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the egg and allow to boil for 6 min.

  4. Immediately remove egg from hot water with a cooking spoon and run under cold water.

  5. Gently peel eggs.

  6. Pour soup into 2 bowls, salt and pepper to taste, top with soft boil egg and Enjoy!
