CAULIFLOWER MASH

INGREDIENTS serves 4

  • 1 Head Organic Cauliflower

  • 1/4 Cup 100% Grass Fed Butter

  • Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 1.5 tsp Thyme (Optional)

  • 1 tsp Rosemary (Optional)

  • 2 TBSP Bone Broth (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 10 min

  1. Fill a medium pot half full with filtered water over high heat.

  2. While you wait for the water to boil chop up your cauliflower in small chunks.

  3. When water comes to a boil add cauliflower and boil for 4-5 min. If you like you mash chunky boil for less time (4 min max).

  4. Strain and add to a high speed blender with butter, bone broth, spices, salt and pepper. Blend to your desired consistency. I like mine thick and chunky, I blend in 10 second intervals. If you like them thinner (much like instant potatoes) let that baby run for 45 seconds to 1 minuet. If your blender is having trouble add 1 TBSP of bone broth or butter at a time. Depending on your blender size you may need to blend 1 cup at a time.

  5. Serve immediately. Enjoy with my mushroom gravy!
