INGREDIENTS serves 16
1 Cup Brazil Nuts Halved
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1/2 Cup Halved Pecans
1/2 Cup Almods
1/2 Cup Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
1/2 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Dried Blueberries (Optional)
Himalayan Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 30 seconds
Add all ingredients into an air tight glass jar or reusable zip lock bag.
Serving size small hand full (1/4 cup).

For optimal nutrition look for sprouted nuts.
I buy 85% or higher dark chocolate without added sugar.
I stick to low glycemic dried fruit such as blueberries, strawberries and coconut. Dried fruit should have no added sugars or seed oils.
