Mishi’s travel trail mix

INGREDIENTS serves 16

  • 1 Cup Brazil Nuts Halved

  • 1 Cup Macadamia Nuts

  • 1/2 Cup Halved Pecans

  • 1/2 Cup Almods

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Dark Chocolate

  • 1/2 Cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Blueberries (Optional)

  • Himalayan Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep Time: 2 min Cook Time: 30 seconds

  1. Add all ingredients into an air tight glass jar or reusable zip lock bag.

  2. Serving size small hand full (1/4 cup).

  3. Enjoy on your next road trip, hike or picnic.

    Mishi Tips:

    • For optimal nutrition look for sprouted nuts.

    • I buy 85% or higher dark chocolate without added sugar.

    • I stick to low glycemic dried fruit such as blueberries, strawberries and coconut. Dried fruit should have no added sugars or seed oils.
